Our earliest crops in the Spring include spinach, radishes, bok choy, arugula, dill and cilantro.
Then comes lettuce, chard and kale.
The Summer brings cucumbers, fennel, kohlrabi, onions, carrots, beets, zucchini, peas and beans. Our heat-loving crops include tomatoes, peppers and eggplant. In the Fall, we harvest most of the crops above, plus winter squash.
