Vegetables & Herbs 

Our earliest Spring crops include spinach, radishes, bok choy and arugula, grown in our season-extending hoophouses.

As the season warms up, our outside gardens provide lettuce, chard, kale, peas, green onions, kohlrabi, fennel, carrots and beets. Through careful crop-rotation and attention to soil health, the gardens are a dynamic show of colour and texture, attracting a host of native pollinators and birds.

The heat of Summer adds a bounty of basil, onions, cucumbers and eggplant, as well as several varieties of tomatoes and peppers. 

We strive to grow a consistent supply of produce, so you can find similar offerings each week, depending on the season. Specializing in lettuces and leafy greens, our produce is absolutely fresh, pesticide-free, and grown with care.
